New Admissions
For inquiries regarding new admissions, please contact us for an appointment. All children will be scheduled for an assessment by our team of specialists, to determine the child’s needs and how we can best assist them. Each child will get a recommended individual schedule, based on the outcome of the assessment.
EMIRATI NATIONALS
- Two recent colour passport size photographs
- Copy of child’s passport
- Copy of parent’s passport
- Copy of child’s birth certificate
- Copy of child’s immunization records
- Copy of child’s medical report from psychologist, therapist or school
- Copy of child’s disability or health card (if available)
UAE RESIDENTS –
ALL OTHER NATIONALITIES
- Two recent colour passport sized photographs
- Copy of child’s passport and visa
- Copy of passport and visa of the child’s father and mother
- Copy of child’s birth certificate
- Copy of child’s immunization records
- Copy of any medical reports, from psychologist, therapist or school
- Copy of child’s disability or health card (if available)
Discount and Benefit Cards
We are pleased to share that Rising Sun proudly accepts both Fazaa and Esaad discount and benefit cards. If you hold either of these cards, please let us know when enrolling or booking sessions – we will be happy to apply the relevant discount.
